RETRIEVAL
To obtain your sequence results. Go directly to the
Alpha server, click on (Shared _Serv) then DNA_ Analysis -( Sequencer). The
folders are by run date, and within these folders there are folders named
by user.
Summary: Alpha -->Shared_
Serv--> DNA_Analysis--> Sequencer-->date-->user

viewing and editing the chromatogram output from our DNA sequencers.
Mac Users
EditView works on OS 9.
MAC users may also need to
use conversion software (before opening files with Edit View) available
for free by clicking on this web link.
Instructions for how to use the conversion software can be downloaded
from the same web link as the software.
4 Peaks works on OSX 10.2 or later.
TraceViewer
works on Mac OS
X (10.3.4 or newer.
PC Users
Chromas
FinchTV works on
OS X and Windows.
TraceViewer

Data Storage :All sequence
data is archived and kept for one year from the date on which it was
generated.
