Our goal is to assist Burnham Institute scientists with the production of high-titer lentiviral vectors at more than affordable prices. The Core provides a variety of services including ready-to-go lentiviral preps, custom lentiviral preps, and lentiviral titrations. The Core is equipped with state-of-the art cell culture hoods, CO2 incubators, centrifuges and microscopes for the production of high-titer lentivirus. All 293T cells are routinely tested for contaminants to ensure contamination-free preps. Protocols are available online and the Core manager may be contacted at any time for technical inquiries.
